Here's your answer guys 1. By offering information freely within the forums. (Start your own topic within the forums. Example adding strategies tricks and tips specific to maps. )
2. Take it upon yourself to research what it takes to operate a clan. Alot of your questions can be answered by looking around the website. It would show more initiative if you found the answers yourself.
3. Don't ask, "What do you want me to do?" I'd much rather you said "Hey here's what I can do for you." Think, what all do the guys do? Look around, the website did not create itself, the servers do not take care of themselves.
4. Players with the most seniority in will be considered for Admin status first. Some exceptions have been made here ( Being a server owner, one has alot of say what goes on in your server )

I will give some examples of jobs
1. Random background checks of players in our servers and reporting your findings.
2. Checking server screenshots and reporting your findings.
3. Website design
4. Recruiting members on our server
5. Artwork for website and signatures
6. Member Training (strategies and tips for specific maps) by offering your time to familiarize members with maps that they are unfamiliar with (Meet them in TS and show them around a map )
7. Socializing make time to be available in the xatbox just to chat and be friendly. Or if you have some computer knowledge offer your help when someone has a problem. Heck even if it is a personal problem, if you have no advice to offer sometimes it's just comforting enough to know that there is someone that will listen.
Things that we do that we can teach but prefer to do ourselves unless you prove to be extremely compliant and trustworthy. Which would only be assigned if persons currently doing it take an extended leave of absence or retire.
