| at the top right side, click on your username. then there should be a button that says "change" or "Edit user details" something along those lines....or find a part that says "Edit signature" and you can post it there. i might be wrong because i don't remember the normal user's way to change it, but if you still can't figure it out, link the image here and we'll do it for you.
you can pretty much use any picture you want except anything related to sex(porn pics) and against someone's race.
