| I encountered a situation where a friend was sentenced to administrative deportation for violating residence regulations, and it turned out the procedure was complex, especially in terms of timeframes and documentation. The wording of the ruling and the court's position play a significant role, as does the existence of mitigating circumstances. I wonder how often it's possible to overturn an expultion-from-russia on appeal without going through additional courts?
