Only members can vote on these. I took away the powers from guests to vote at all in all of the forums. I've seen more members vote when they don't say anything because they don't want to be put in the spot light on which side they voted on. Let's go back to close20 leaving. I was there both times close saw deft and tooot the first time. He was angry at something so I decided when voting, instead of starting a war of words on the application right away, I would make the polls anonymous. This will please people that vote in the member section without posting what they voted for and remain anonymous on which side they pick while it also held the issue off with close20 early on.
I always set a default number of numbers and it's posted somewhere on the forums. Here is an example:
Vote: Does Candyman938 get in the clan? Yes or No.
I put random numbers...say...58 Yes and 78 No.
Now people will vote on whoever they want to.
At the end of the voting time, say the ending numbers turn out to 60 Yes and 85 No.
This means, 2 people voted yes and 7 no. Also remember what I said earlier, I put the forums on so only members can vote, no guests so we know only members have cast a ballot.
Since there are 7 No's now, no wins. Even I don't know who voted on which side.
This was already tested on the first two votes on these links for teddy and deft.

At the last post you can see the results of the poll count. The reason why the squaba one hasn't worked so far is because grin thought something was messed because of the high number of votes then styx tried to fix it by guessing on where people voted. In the chatbox I had a few people message me saying that whatever they voted for didn't add up right by styx's fix. This is why we are starting over again on squaba's vote and the reason why it didn't work in the first place.
Hopefully what I said makes sense because I didn't read anything back...
