You can automatically update punkbuster when you join a server, if this does not help try to manually update your punkbuster by this link. Make sure you pick the proper operating system you have.
Download whichever punkbuster fits your system. After downloading it, open up the program. Now click on "Add game." After that find "America's Army." Now make sure the "Game Path" leads to the place you have AA installed. The default one should be correct unless you have more then one version. After that, click on "Add Game." Now click on the America's Army game in the window so it is highlighted in a blue color. Lastly, click on "Check for updates" to update your punkbuster.
