Please follow the steps below in order.
1. Look at your "Application Vote" thread to check which division you are in. If you do not see which division you belong to, make a post asking which division you belong to. You may find the link to the application votes section below. Now move onto step two. http://elitestar.clan.su/forum/5
2. Now it's time to change your name officially. Go to the America's Army home page for AA2 or look at the following link..... http://login.americasarmy.com/ Login with your username and password from the game. Next click on "Account Settings". Then where it says "New Username", type in your name username. Last click on submit, and click on "confirm". Now move onto step three.
3. You will have to make a forum account. Now in your application vote thread (this one), reply with a post of your new username you have chosen. If you do not reply in 1 week from this message, you will be automaticaly denied from being a member. After we see you post your new username, we will move your forum account to the official member list and add you on the official roster. Wait until an admin replys with "User moved to member", then you may move onto step four after all this is done.
4. Now it's time for you to active your battletracker. Go to http://battletracker.com/index.php Look at the top left side and click on register. After you are done registering, look at the top left again and click on "My Profile". Then in the middle of the screen, click on "Tracker settings". Now fill out the tracker settings with the information provided on this post.... http://elitestar.clan.su/forum/62-383-1
5. Lastly you will have to register your new username with Tag Protection. There are 2 ways to do this. You can pick either way. first off, we need more active members for Stealth division .. second , like u said we dont know wat are his sniper skillz but stealth is not just about that either .. so i think he can try it then we can see where he belongs .. !!
